We are also able to arrange additional concierge services to make your stay all that more pleasurable. In addition to our portfolio of high quality short term rental apartments, we also offer a long term residential letting service offering assured short-hold tenancies of 12 months and upwards. The long term residential lettings market is typically targeted at tenants who are ordinarily resident in the UK, but we are able to extend this service to international individuals relocating to the UK, or who have need for a UK base on a long term basis. We understand the requirements of this category of tenants, who typically would find themselves unable to access rentals via the more traditional high street agencies due to their typical lack of UK credit history and UK based income. With our specific understanding and focus on International clients, we are able to offer personalised and bespoke solutions to tenants in this category and assist them in securing suitable rental arrangements.

Our property refurbishment and project management offering is aimed at home owners who are either looking to renovate properties they've just purchased, or to refurbish existing properties. We deal with all aspects of the project, from the planning and design stage, right through sourcing and purchasing building materials, identifying and vetting high quality local contractors and tradesmen, and overseeing the total execution and delivery of the project, down to interior decoration and home styling / staging, (should you require this). We manage the entire process from start to finish and are completely accountable to you for the end result, which we guarantee will be an effectively managed renovation.
